The Snowy Monaro fire season does not officially begin until 1 October, but the Rural Fire Service (RFS) is already alerting the public to the potential risk of grass fires in the region.
This warning comes at the same time Fire Commissioners and Chiefs released AFAC’s Seasonal Bushfire Outlook for spring.
