A couple of months ago I contacted Snowy Monaro Regional Council about offering a clean-up service similar to other councils.
Some replies were positive and others negative stating it would be a 'nice to have' but 'unaffordable'. I have written to council again with a slightly different idea to see if a positive answer is achievable.
